Tamworth Rugby Club
The Tamworth Rugby Club was formed in 1952 participating in the Central North Rugby Union Competition. Adopting the Magpie as the team mascot and fittingly wearing the team colours of black and white, he Club has been fielding teams in all grades since its formation. The Club is located at Rugby Park, Marius Street, Tamworth, opposite the Viaduct. The Club has great training facilities including a gym and a large clubhouse proudly displaying the Club's history. Indeed, our member's enjoy watching matches from the high balcony of our grandstand, providing the best vantage point to watch rugby in our zone. We enjoy and encourage a friendly, family-based atmosphere within the Club with many social events on our calendar. The Club trains on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30pm. Please contact Sam Scott (Samuel.D.Scott@nab.com.au) or Damian Henry (email@example.com) for more information or check us out on our website or facebook page.
